Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-16

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your receipt of SMS appointment reminders and related communications from DocsDocs Technologies Inc. ("DocsDocs") on behalf of your dental clinic. By submitting the SMS opt-in form, you agree to these Terms.

2. The relationship

DocsDocs provides a practice management platform to dental clinics. When you receive a message from us, the clinic identified in the message is the sender of the underlying communication. Your dental clinic is responsible for the content of clinical messages and for the relationship with you as a patient. DocsDocs is the technical conduit that delivers the message.

4. Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any DocsDocs SMS message. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again at /sms-opt-in.

5. Eligibility

The DocsDocs SMS program is available to people aged 13 and older located in the United States. For minor patients, the legal guardian on file with the clinic is the appropriate recipient.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use the program for any unlawful purpose, (b) impersonate another person, (c) interfere with the operation of the service, or (d) send obscene, threatening, or harassing messages in reply.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." DocsDocs does not warrant that messages will be delivered on time or at all. Carriers may delay, filter, or block messages outside our control. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies — call 911 or your clinic directly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocsDocs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the SMS program. Our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to fifty US dollars (US$50).

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
